I had a extremely flavorful chicken and sun dried tomato quinoa that had been prepared with a homemade chicken broth. Large pieces of chicken were present throughout the quinoa and the combined flavours were fantastic and uniquely Carambola. Presented so beautifully, like a piece of art. The quinoa was shaped and mounded high with crisp vegetables and tiny flowers adorning the top and a balsamic reduction swirl outlying the plate's edge. A feast for the senses, I savored every delicious morsel!
