Perfectly located by a butcher and in the summer a fruit and veggie market. Sel et Caramel is a regular stop for me, it has my husbands favorite bread, weekly we stop by to pick up a loaf. In addition to a nice selection of bread it also carries a variety of cheese, some of them local.
Samples are offered - love it!
There are pastries to choose from and a freezer with a collection of goodies to take home. With an assortment of oils, vinegars and dried pastas available to purchase, it is next to impossible to leave empty handed.
Since I have only tasted the bread and cheese, this review is for them. 3 3/4 mmm's out of 5
