1 3/4 cups flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
Put the flour in a bowl, add oil, salt and half of the milk. Mix well. Beat in the remaining milk and eggs. Continue beating until the batter is very smooth. A crepe maker is the easiest to use but a frying pan will work too. This batter is very runny so if you use a frying pan add just enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan. Crepes only take minutes to cook.
