Carr's Oyster Bar Restaurant, Stanley Bridge, PEI

If you go to a place called an 'Oyster Bar' it would only make sense to order the oysters!

Carr's Oyster Bar Restaurant & Lounge on Urbanspoon The oysters are shucked fresh and the choice of size is up to you: small, large or extra large. I choose small because I was planning on eating them raw. You can have them with lemon, horseradish or cocktail sauce. If you are a seafood lover and haven't tried raw oysters, you are truly missing out! They are unbelievably good; a touch salty, very smooth and delicious. Most oysters are from Malpeque, a short drive away, so you know they are fresh. If raw just isn't appealing, try them Rockefeller, a fellow diner raved about them. Stanley Bridge is a beautiful scenic area and sitting on the deck looking out on the red dunes will 'Do your heart good'  *I have only tried the oysters so this review is about them*
