This is Great Recipe from Alton Brown and really Tasty!! I made a small change to the sauce since I found it to taste too much like vinegar, I added 1 tsp of mild chili powder- Mama chile California Molido. Add a little chili powder at a time until the taste suits you. It really brings the wings to a new level! I have followed the recipe exactly and also grilled the wings both were equally good. A nice package of wings from Cosco and you are set to go, adjust the sauce according to the number of wings!
