Carmen's is a true diner with it's cozy booths and jukeboxes at each table. I enjoyed a fish and chips with a side of gravy for my fries. The fish was nicely battered and tasty. The meal arrived quickly and the service was friendly. I also tasted the lobster stew, it was loaded with lobster and in a cream base. Although it could have used more seasoning, you could not discount the fact that it contained a ton of lobster. The roll, that came with the stew was yummy with lobster pilled on top. 3 mmm's out of 5
