Juliette et Chocolat - Dessert

The first mouth full is pure bliss, my exact words were "Oh sweet Jesus!"

I was invited by an extremely pleasant waitress to have a look at the two display cases full of delectable chocolates and desserts. I chose Fluer de sel caramel petit pot. The layers of dark chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache, covered with caramel, sea salt and small brownie bits were served in a small glass jar but the flavour was Huge. Velvetly smooth, extremely rich with a hint of salt and brownie.  Heavenly.... a Chocolate lovers dream! 4 1/2 mmm's out of 5
