A Fast and Easy barbecue that always gets Rave Reviews!
1 large salmon filet ( half of the fish)
2 Tbsps Butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon OR 2 limes
2 tsps dry mustard
2/3 to 1 cup of brown sugar
Place salmon, skin side down, on a piece of tin foil. Spread melted butter over fish and sprinkle liberally with lemon or lime juice and dry mustard. Cover with 1/4 to 1/2 inch of brown sugar.
To Cook:
Place on Barbecue, lower lid and cook over low heat for 20 - 30 minutes.
Do Not Overcook
Salmon is cooked when flesh flakes with a fork. Serves 6-8, Enjoy! This would be a great time to open up a cold bottle of white wine ;)
