Recipe for Home Made and Healthy Granola


 

Granola ( All ingredients are available at Bulk barn)

10 cups pure rolled oats { Not the quick cook}
3/4 cups coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup toasted coconut
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup ground wheat germ
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Combine in roaster and cover with wet ingredients, mix well, I use my hands.

3/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp vanilla

Cook uncovered 275 for 1 hour stirring every 10 minutes
