The floor to ceiling windows are terrific for people watching and the comfortable seating with it`s rich cherry wood make it easy to sit back and relax. But, it is the food that will have you coming back for more.
I shared a smoked brie that had a blueberry/ shallot compote. The smokey flavour of the cheese and the sweet taste of the berries were fantastic spread on the crostini. It is an easy appetizer to share with everyone at the table.
I then followed with a dynamite bison burger, it also had the blueberry compote, blue cheese, bacon aioli and arugula. It was served with roasted potatoes and they were a good fit for an upscale burger.The bison was extremely moist and the unusual topping combination made it unforgettable! Easily the best burger I have ever tasted!! The comments of the entire table where positive. 5 mmm's out of 5
