Spinach Salad, "Can I have the recipe?"

This is a very yummy salad that you can take to a cook out or enjoy at home. Spinach is in season!
Combine the dressing at least 1 hour before serving ( the longer, the better so the flavors can mingle)

Dressing:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
Shake of salt and pepper

 Salad:
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 package raw bean sprouts
1/2 package baby spinach
3 branches of celery, chopped
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms ( drizzle lemon juice over top, to keep from browning}
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stems of fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup peanuts
