Breakfast, Big mama's Nest Egg. This is a long weekend, got time-on Saturday or Sunday Breakfast!

A Best Of Bridge terrific recipe that will become a family favorite. It is my go to recipe for father's day or if I want to impress guests ;)



Each Nest:

2-3 thin slices of Black Forest Ham
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Cream
1 Heaping Tbsp grated Swiss cheese
Sprinkle of Basil
Salt and pepper to taste
English muffin

Preheat oven to 350. Grease large muffin tins. Line with ham and break egg over top. Add cream and sprinkle with cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Serve on half a toasted English muffin. Add Fresh fruit and all the love is there!
