"This is a proper pub" I was told by my British friend as we enjoyed lunch together. Wooden tables and stone floors as well as a terrace make Ye old orchard pub a comfortable place to hang out.
It has a full menu with fish and chips, bangers and mash and several types of curry and lots of beer to choose from. I shared a chicken curry served with basmati rice and na'an bread, it came with a tossed salad that has a fantastic blue cheese dressing (there were other choices of dressings). The portions are large, the chicken was tasty and there was plenty of rice.
This place is packed during World Cup both inside and out 3 1/2 mmm's out of 5
