The pilot house has the makings for a pretty excellent spot, a beautiful heritage building located in down town Charlottetown and a varied menu. But, it is neither terrible or excellent, just average.
I stuck with a pub specialty, chicken and broccoli crepes with half fries and half salad. I like when a place allows you to have half fries and half salad, it some how makes you feel less guilty about the fries. The portion was generous and it tasted fine but nothing to rave about. 3 mmm's out of 5
