On an extremely windy night in Montreal, I was heading to try a Spanish restaurant, unfortunately their power was out. The lights were on at Jonas and I am always happy to have a Gyros. I am a fan of Greek food and a friendly waitress makes the experience even more enjoyable.
We sat down in a cozy booth and placed our order and then their power went. Luckily they cook with propane so it was business as usual. The pita was full of deliciousness, lots of yummy tzatziki and the rest of the plate pilled high with crunchy french fries. It was both filling and satisfying. $4.00 for a pint of beer - wow! Even without power Jonas was able to cook a good Pita, fries and a tall beer.
