Terre Rouge Bistro Marche, Charlottetown, PEI - supper review

Terre Rouge Bistro Marche on Urbanspoon

Terre Rouge is a Trendy Spot! A combination of bistro and marche with a menu focusing on local foods prepared beautifully. With pickles, preserves, a huge selection of sausages and fresh breads to be purchased for take out;  you can choose to dine in or eat out and be equally happy.

Quirky names like drunken cherries, pickly things and crunchy bits makes a sophisticated menu feel a little more approachable. Each meal has complex flavours made up of ingredients that you would never think to put together but the results are fantastic! I had a delicious Artic Shar with excellent PEI scallops and a mouth watering good proscuitto. The fish had a chermoula vinaigrette (a Moroccan marinade) it was fresh, moist and packed full of flavour, each fork full was incredible!

Terre Rouge is just one more reason to Love The Island!  5 mmm's out of 5
