This cake is Fantastic, it is nothing like a banana bread and the cream cheese frosting is a great combo.
* Instead of making the icing, I took a container of vanilla frosting and added 4 oz of cream cheese, Make sure the cream cheese is room temperature before you mix it in. Use electric beaters to combine.*
