Brie with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, looks impressive!

With American Thanksgiving right around the corner, here is something you can bring to dinner that Everyone will Rave about. This is the most reliable go to appetizer recipe I have - Thanks to Best Of Bridge!

7 1/2 oz round Brie Cheese ( you can use any size round, adjust the ingredients to fit)
4 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained ( try to get tomatoes that are already chopped)
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients.  Score the top of the cheese - it is not necessary to remove the rind.
Pile generously on top of cheese and bake for 15 mins in a 350 oven. Serve with crackers or a baguette
  * This can be reheated in the microwave if any is left*
