Sweet potato fries are on so many menus now it's unbelievable, here is a healthy alternative to the fried deliciousness!!
2 Sweet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch wedges.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes in oil. Mix sugar and seasoning together, sprinkle on potatoes and stir until evenly coated. Roast for 30 mins, turning every 10 mins until tender and brown.
