Classic Barbecue Rub

This rub can be used on beef, chicken, fish or pork. You may want to adjust the chili powder, that puppy is hot!

2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel

Makes about 1/4 cup
