I Love a good pizza, a thin crust with fresh ingredients and a glass of Italian red wine can't be beat! This is a cute restaurant that we had "take out" from on Super bowl Sunday. We hadn't placed the ordered for the pizza and simply picked it up on route to a friends house so I had no expectation. The restaurant had just opened in the area and it was a first for all of us. The initial bite reminded me of the pizza I had in Italy, I was instantly thrilled! The pizza was made with home made spicy Italian sausage, caramelized onion and charred red and yellow peppers. The cheese was not over powering letting the ingredients speak for them self. It was fantastic!
You do pay a little more than the price of a standard American pizza and the size is typical of an Italian Pizza but the Flavor makes up for both. The difference in something made with fresh, local and organic ingredients is evident in the taste. Bring Italy into your home and try this Pizza!
